Juices
If you have a juicer at home, a quick and easy way to get those necessary vitamins and healing antioxidants in you is, of course, to make delicious berry juices. Here are some tasty, easy-to-make juice recipes which you can enjoy in your home every day.

Berry Berry Juice
Ingredients
1/2 medium apple
1 cup blackberries
1 cup blueberries
2 pomegranates (large)
6 large strawberries
1/4 cup water
Directions
1. Juice the pomegranates to make one cup of unsweetened pomegranate juice.
2. Pour the pomegranate juice in a heavy duty blender and add a handful of frozen blueberries, blackberries and 5 or 6 large frozen strawberries to juice.
3. Lastly add 1/2 an apple (not sweet such as Gala) and the water and puree in the blender until smooth.
Bonanza Berry Blend
2 cups of blackberries
1 cup of blueberries
1 cup of raspberries
Rinse the berries, then put them straight into the juicer – no other preparation is required. Watch out for stains – any potential splattering would be tough to get out of your clothes.
Kiwi and Blueberry
3 kiwis
2 cups of blueberries
Peel kiwis before juicing.
Strawberry Supreme
1 cup of blueberries
1 apple
3 strawberries
Top the strawberries and core the apple, although peeling the apple is not necessary if you are using organic apples. The peel contains large amounts of health-promoting flavonoids and should not be wasted. However if you are using non-organic apples you should peel them so as to avoid ingestion of the pesticides and their toxic heavy metals such as arsenic and lead.
Cranberry Juice
Ingredients
2 quarts boiling water
1 quart fresh cranberries
2 cinnamon sticks
Juice of 2 lemons
Juice of 2 oranges
Raw honey, to taste
Directions
1. Pour the cranberries and cinnamon into the boiling water.
2. Bring to a boil again.
3. Simmer 20 to 30 minutes until the berries are very mushy.
4. Mash the berries.
5. Cool the juice to lukewarm.
6. Strain the juice, pressing the berry pulp to get out all the juice.
7. Add the other fruit juices and honey to taste.
8. Chill and enjoy!
