Traditional Açai Smoothie

Ingredients:
7 oz (200 grams) Açai juice or frozen Açai pulp
½ cup of soy milk or juice
Fruit (one banana, ½ half apple, or 1 cup of other fruit)

Blend it all together and, if you want, top it with some granola or sliced fruit
(e.g. raspberry, blueberry, kiwi fruit). You can also try adding a ½ cup of
yoghurt to make it creamier or a ½ cup of ice to get that sorbet feel.
